Delivery & Shipping Policy
UK Deliveries:
All orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Saturday will be sent with our standard Royal Mail Delivery or Next Day delivery service with DPD, excluding on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Our standard Royal Mail Delivery and Next Day delivery service can be made via our Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics Customer Service team to process on Monday for Saturday delivery upon request.

If you change the delivery address on the DPD app on the day the parcel is due to be delivered, we are unable to guarantee that your parcel will arrive that day.
DPD Next Day Delivery – Important Information
If you have selected DPD Next Day Delivery, please note the following:

You must be present to sign for your delivery

If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Refunds will not be issued for items that are undeliverable.
If you choose to instruct DPD to leave your parcel in a location such as a safe place, with a neighbour, or in a parcel locker, this is done entirely at your own risk.
Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for any parcels that are lost or stolen in these circumstances. Customers must consider this when placing an order in advance of a weekend or a Bank Holiday we also advise you to order in advance.
Our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail delivery and DPD Local and will require signature on delivery, occasionally alternative providers may be used.
Special timed deliveries are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Occasionally there may be a delay from our delivery partner. We do not take responsibility for this and we can not issue a refund on your delivery. – We do not take responsibility for any issues with DPD or Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery before and around the Christmas period.
Delivery Policy – Parcels Left Unattended or Stolen
Please note: Any orders that are left outside an address or reported stolen will be subject to an investigation with DPD. An investigation may take up to 7 working days to complete. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds until the investigation is resolved.
Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics is not liable for any lost or stolen items unless Product Protection has been selected at the time of ordering. If you do not choose Product Protection, Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
We always strive to ensure your parcel arrives on time of state on delivery choice or the next working day; however, delays can occasionally occur, particularly during busy periods. We appreciate your understanding.
If you have any questions about delivery or Product Protection, please contact us before placing your order.
If any order is sent back to us due to missing delivery an additional delivery fee will be applied for resending of the order back to you.
Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery or late deliveries.
If your driver attempts delivery and you are not available to accept the parcel, your order will be delivered to us, an additional delivery fee will be applied for resending of the order to you.
Receipt of Orders:
This delivery option is only available for Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics compatible parcels where the customer’s mobile number and email address has been provided to supply a delivery change notification from DPD.
Customers are responsible for checking and confirming the right delivery address for every order placed with Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics
