Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with what you bought on Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics you may be eligible to return it and get a refund. You will find the applicable conditions on this page.

 

 

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

I. You have a statutory right of withdrawal. This means that you can withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt of the items (or the last item, lot or piece if the order concerns multiple items or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately) by you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you (the “Withdrawal Period”), without providing any reasons (the “Statutory Right of Withdrawal”).

II. To exercise your Statutory Right of Withdrawal, you should send your request to exercise the Statutory Right of Withdrawal before the Withdrawal Period has expired and return the item(s) to the indicated address within 14 days after you submit your withdrawal request.

III. You can submit your withdrawal request to the seller by using our contact form, or by making any other unequivocal statement setting out your decision to withdraw from the contract, or clicking on the “Return/Refund” option for the relevant order in “Your Orders” page. If you submit your withdrawal request electronically, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal request by email without undue delay.

IV. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to your handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

V. If you withdraw your order according to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal, the original shipping fee is refundable (except for any additional costs that may arise due to your selection of an expedited delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by the seller).

VI. All refunds, not  including shipping fees, are processed within 14 days from the day the seller is informed of the withdrawal request. The seller may withhold the refund until the returned item(s) are received or until you have shown that you have sent back the item(s), whichever is the earliest. All refunds will be made using the same mean of payment as the one you used for your purchase, unless you expressly agree to use another mean of payment and provided this mean of payment does not incur any costs for you.

VII. Please note that you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items.

If you receive a faulty, incorrect, please do not dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of, Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics will not be able to refund or replace the product.
Please "contact our Customer Service" team immediately and they can advise on next steps.

We are unable to accept returns back to Pang's Spa Thai massage and Aesthetics unless they are deemed:

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

  • Not fit for purpose


Breakages or errors must be reported by email with 24 hours of receipt of the order. Incorrect goods (excluding cold chain goods) must be returned unopened in the original packaging within 5 days of receipt of order. Breakages must be kept with the packaging and retained for inspection by the carriers.

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


**Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
